Coming out of a twenty year is rough

I was with the same person since I was twenty two and now I am single and have no idea how any of this works anymore.everything has changed so much... I joined just to look around and see if I could still hold a conversation. It is a slow process but I am starting to feel a bit more comfortable talking to strangers...
