Such bad service

I know that at the end of the month they are busy. I asked the operator to tell me est. how long it would take to get a taxi tonight and she said to me it would be about 15-20 min because they are busy. I have been waiting outside in the cold almost for an hour and had to phone and cancel the taxi, because I was freezing cold and tired of waiting. I do not know why they do not phone the customer to say that they will be late. Sounds like that they havent even put me on there pick up list after an hour.Such bad service!!!! Rather use park taxis even though they cost a bit more, but they are more professional.
