POOR Service

I requested a taxi for 2 o clock to pick up a person at a location via what's app they received it send the shap to say that they received it one hour later I phoned the office after a few what's app that was not rep****.. just to hear that o we thought that it was 5 o clock really that Is poor flipen poor service... read the message clearly and give the clients feedback..
