Hot tempered driver

One of your drivers just pulled a gun on me for cancelling the taxi. Why do you allow hot tempered people to drive people around? This guy pulled a gun on me and my kids 1 and 5 years old! This is not okay in any way!!! We're still very traumatized and can't process this!
