Bad service, no regard and no respect for customer!!

Requested a taxi at 06:56 on 04/05/2026 for 07:00 am for my kids to go to schools as I had a mechanical problem with my car and they rep**** to confirm the request, only for the taxi not to pitch, I WhatsApped and called them several times with no reply from them, I had to look for alternative transportation at 07:31 because of Taalyard people who doesn't respect customers and my kids were late for school, they only responded at 07:35 to tell me they still looking for a driver who can assist me, imagine at 07:35
