Bad service

I called the office asking for a taxi only to call back after 20 minutes of silence to cancel my ride since I was late already. 5 minutes later the driver called me and I explained to him that I have already canceled my ride with their office. Instead of listening, he hailed me with insults and swear at me then hang up the call. I called the offices instead of returning the call to his personal cellphone which he has called me with,the white lady in office told me that it the right of the driver to be angry if a client cancelled and I must understand that the driver was angry
