Very bad service

Went to the new branch in Roodepoort to hire a machine which they never had but the guy phoned and said they will get one from the branch down the road , so I did all the paper work paid R4000 deposit and then the fun starterd the machine took 4 hours to get to me as they loaded my home street number on my business address , when I called them their phones where not working I emailed them no response so a waste of a day for me , anyway all sorted done my job returned the machine and the bill is R600 odd rand , now even a bigger problem as I can’t get the rest of my deposit back after numerous phone calls and have been promised a call back or will be paid later on the day Guess what still no refund 5 days later !!!what kind of service do you call this new shop if you treat all your customers like this how long will you be carrying on
