Theft

So I hired from Talisman on the 28/4/2017, after putting a deposit down for R1000.00, they were to refund me R616.00. I hired again on the 02/08/2017 and put a deposit down for R4390.00 and they were to refund me R4150.00. Neither refunds have ever reflected. I have been there twice, have called them 4 times and even called there head office, all promising to get back to me and nobody has. I wonder how many people they steel money from? I have both invoices and a full bank statement from 27/4/2017
