Talisman Strand - shocking display of customer service

To Talisman Strand: I have never seen or experienced such an ordeal of poor customer service in my life! To be told in front of your staff and other clients to "F-off" is an absolute disgrace. After attempting to communicate that a contractor hired goods on my account without my consent, instead I was met with threats of being blacklisted and eventually being told to.. quote "F-off out my store".. after engaging one of the attendants who I assume is not the owner of the business as his behaviour certainly did not represent that of any form of leadership. I certainly hope you can keep this individual in check, he disgraced himself and more-so your establishment!
