Talisman refusing to give back refund/deposit
The store don't want to take ownership and worse experience that I have received from the manager. Cashier refunded deposit to someone who claimed to be sent by me, the store never called me to verify and the person didn't produce POP for deposit but he was given cash. The manager is saying we should wait for SAPS to investigate thus they cannot refund me, it's almost 4th week of waiting
The matter was escalated to Talisman operations manager via email and till to date no answer
