Talisman not so reliable any more.

I rented a floor sander from Talisman Edenvale. That morning I got onsite to use it and it didn't want to work. I have a deadline and that is why I rented the machine to speed up my work. I called them and told them the machine isn't working and that the power on switch is defective. I then loaded it on my truck and took it back to them and let my workers carry on using my own belt sanders. Talisman took the machine back and acknowledged the machine not working and said they would reimburse me. Well, they only gave back my deposit...and for one sanding belt. I returned all six sanding bents in brand new state as I couldn't use the machine at all.

So not only did they rent me a machine that is defective, they also cheated me on money I paid for sanding belts and returned. They also did not reimburse me for the rental as I could not use the machine so logically I should get my rental money back.

Highly unprofessional and ********** methods during covid-19 when every cent counts!
