Delinah from Talisman Hire in Shayandima next to BUCO doesn't have customer skills. Went there with a problem from a machine and her first go to statement was defensive and trying to pin the blame on us. We had a machine that wasn't working (And we had already filled it with petrol), when we enquired about draining or getting reimbursed for the petrol she made us run in circles, at times telling us that she only deals with paper work and machines aren't her department.
