poor run hire company

Manager Happy @ Talisman Edenvale rude told me never to come in future to hire. The company gave me twice faulty compactor so 3 rd time I phoned Talisman Master Franchisor Pretoria to sort out a decent compactor machine. Then Happy' The Manager Talisman Edenvale' phoned me why I phoned Head Office Pretoria so I Told him you never bothered to offer a solution , never apologised for inconvenience of spending my time & fuel to change 2nd machine , then from my site his assistant asked me but you checked it was working before you took it and I must check accelerator which machine has no accelerator lever . What *********** advice on the phone but he did not say to bring machine back . Diabolical way of interacting and poor customer service with great apathy
