Good, friendly service.
Time at the counter can be very long (I think my average stands at 20 minutes now). Also, deposits are hefty.

30 Sept 2021, 12:15 Dear Vanessa, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and for the long wait at the counter. Unfortunately the deposit requirement is standard at all our stores. This is to ensure that when equipment is kept for an additional period, you do not have to come in and top up your deposit while still using the equipment.
