Excessive charges

The business is a mess , first I was accused of damaging the sand floor drum then I was told that I signed that the drum was okay ,then we went through the inspection sheet and there was no where we checked the drum. Then I was billed forR5000 on top of the R3000 deposit I paid, and I refused to pay it. While the machine was at my house the switch burnt, fixed and I was told that they will send me a quote to replace it then I got a SHOCKING R2100 to replace it. While I was on hold, I heard Quinton asking the mechanic for the price and he said maybe a R1000 rand or less. If this is how you make money then you feel ashamed of yourself, you are really making Builders Warehouse look like a failure.
