Don't hire with Talisman

<p>I went to Talisman in Wynburg to hire a jackhammer with my debit card. The manager Rupert Samuels never told me that he would have to make the refund of the deposit back on my card. I was told it will take 48hrs then I was told 14 working days now I'm told the money went off but to a different card number. I've been pushed from pillar to post and still haven't received my refund I printed my monthly statement showing the refund never came through. Inquired with my own bank (standard bank) only to be told Talisman needs to sort it out with their own bank(Absa) as they made the "apparent" deposit but to no avail could they assist me. Rupert who is the branch manager used profanity on the phone with me which is highly unprofessional and atrocious customer service. My purchase date was the 30 April 2016 but I am yet to receive my refund if R540.</p>
