Bad Service from Talisman Wonderboom Storage

I have hired/rented a storage at Talisman Wonderboom for the last 6 years. Due to Covid-19 we didnt pay for January and February 2021. We put in notice on the 1st of February to inform them that we we are canceling the rental due to finacial position. Due to February being a short month, we didnt managed to take out our things from the storage but according to them, they have renewed our agreement for a month again. We proposed that we pay the oustanding two months and prorata for the two days after but they are refusing and want to charge us the whole month.
