Bad service

<p>I needed to rent a cutter for the day, but after going thru about 30 minutes of filling in for after form I was advised that there card machine was not working although saw then putting thru transactions. There sulution to this is that I drive to the bank and draw the money. What made me cross is the fact that they let me go thru all the hoops and at the end told me this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Poor service</p>
