WORST EXCESS LUGGAGE COMPANY - DO NOT USE!

Worst company to do business with. I have been dealing with Samantha Sardie and she does not follow through on promises. Talinger collected my excess items in February of this year and I am still waiting for my items to be shipped. Message after message is either ignored, ghosted or eventually answered with promises for quotes and action which never transpires. DO NOT USE TALINGER EVER! I am at my wits end and not sure what to do other than seek legal and ******** advice at this stage.
