Worst guesthouse ever.

We made a booking at the Tales of Whales Guesthouse in Strand. We found dog poo in the room, there was no hot water, the kitchen is so filthy and the ******* bins were so full and haven't been emptied. When I said that it's unacceptable and want a refund, Mike the owner said that he will refund me for 2 nights take it or leave it after I paid him R4500 cash.
