Tales of Tails . . . . My Goodness what a Godsend.

As of December of last year, we have adopted a rescue Miniature Bull Terrier that needed his chip, his vaccinations and to be neutered.

As is the case with the pandemic, everything these days has become costly, until we crossed paths with Tales of Tails, in partnership with Rooikoppies Vet Clinic.

We discovered they were a legit practice via their Facebook page and we had arranged for our pet for all his due processes.

January 23, 2021 a caravan of pet owners were met with a Kombi that collected our dog and even through their initiated WhatsApp - group [the matter of a pet being your best friend does make any pet owner concerned], we were informed of their arrival upon Rooikoppies Vet Clinic and we could collect him several hours later.

I am happy to say that this company really does care for our furry-legged friends and are not doing it to fill empty pockets.

They are diligent, professional and awe-inspiringly passionate.

We have even received a fully transcripted brochure of what has been done and when the next vaccination is due.

Isn't this the kind of customer service we should be receiving already . . . These days it is sadly a commodity in rarity.
