Refund

Further to my report dated 19 November I would like to add that the refund was not processed as I needed to return certain documents to the seller. Richard agreed to Refund me on condition I return those documents to the seller according to the contract. Those documents were sent with Fastway Couriers by myself on the 19th November 2015. Richard has agreed to refund me.
