Bad service by Talana Foot

Made an appointment with one of your agents. Waited to view the house, called the agent and she informed me the owner has cancelled the viewing. I phoned the office to complain, person who answered said it's best if I phone Talana Foot herself. I ask if she can leave a message for her to call me, she said no it will be easier if I phone. At that time I ended the call. Unbelievably bad service and no respect for my time, money spent on petrol, phone calls etc. Shame on you!!!
