PATHETIC DISRESPECTFUL OWNER. NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A CUSOMER! FIND THE VOICE CLIP ON MY FACEBOOK AT FIRDAUS PARKER HENDRICKS

So, I am not one to complain but I've been disrespected in the worse way possible from the OWNER of Talladega Grill Landsdowne. We ordered our food at 4:30pm for collection at 6:15pm. Arrived on time only to wait another 40mins extra, as I was waiting in the car I messaged the whatsapp line while my husband was in the store. They ignored me and just read my messages, didn't bother to even apologize for the long wait. Eventually we got home, my food was extremely SALTY and burnt. Messaged again and they ignored. When I called to the store the owner SHABIER answered in a very abrupt manner, he didn't allow me to speak at all and treated me like ****. He told me "LADY YOU LISTEN TO ME, WHY DON'T YOU ASK MY THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS WHO WALK THROUGH OUR STORE WEEKLY IF THEY GET BURNT AND SALTY FOOD" which I responded and asked him if that's why his being arrogant and he says "100% yes that's why". The decent thing to have done was atleast to apologize. He then told us we could get a refund, we never wanted the money back, it was never about the money, but then I realized that an attitude of an OWNER like that, doesn't deserve my hard earned money. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Money was refunded but still no apology made. I am highly disappointed.
