****** behavior

My husband and I booked a game drive and lunch at Tala, we got there early, had breakfast, and went to the reception area at 9.30am. Our drive was for 10h00. We waited a long time, & when the vehicle returned from the previous drive, we were requested to climb on, which we did. We were kept waiting for a long time. The 2nd vehicle only started loading at 10h15, the 2nd vehicle had 90percent whites, eventually on our vehicle, 3 whites joined and where *****ing and moaning that they could not sit together, thereafter another black couple went to the 2nd vehicle and realized there as place for one on each vehicle, to which they moaned as well, despite being so late. Early at reception I requested a cushion as it was a 2 hour drive and I have a back problem ,I was told they didn't have one, the person that assisted was Faith. Anyways, despite our vehicle loading first, we were asked to disembark and go onto a filthy, stinking, wet seated bus type, with broken and torn seat and covers. I made a fuss about it but no one cared, why didn't management ask the 2nd vehicle?? because of more whites being here?? I paid the same as them?? Why the unfairness?? This was approved my a white manager
