Poor customer service

Poor customer service I app**** for a refund , filled in the refund form and emailed the requested documents to them and was told the process takes 2-3 weeks It has been more than 3 weeks but still my refund was not processed or sent back to me , I had to call and query only to be told that as per finance team the form I filled in isn’t clear and that I have to fill in another form and resend should I have not called to query I would still be waiting because nobody bothered to contact me and update me I have sent another form via email but still no response from their side It really seems as if Tala game reserve are a bunch of ****mers
