Accommodation at Itala is disappointing!!

Make sure you find another place to sleep because sleeping over at Itala was such a nightmare. Security didn't even bother to show us where our room is located we had to figure that out ourselves. We get to our room we needed to dust off spider webs, maybe it's part of protecting nature. We move to breakfast the following morning to our surprise u just stand in a canteen and order. They just gave is 2 options of scramble eggs or sunshine, that was it. We say no bacon but they still served us bacon. Them we were moved to another room, which we were okay with the move but it looks like it was not organized properly amongst the people there as we had to wait for a long time before the guy said his waiting for a van that the manager had went out with 30-45 min ago. it was a better room the only trouble was there were renovations/s****ping of the roof as we were there I feel as though that was a bit unprofessional. All in all theres a lot of unprofessionalism going on in this place. And it seems like there is no one who takes any of the reviews seriously. Thanks to Nelly who was friendly and one of the waitresses who took responsibility when she saw that the food we were served was half cooked and went to tell the kitchen stuff although we did not complain but she saw why we did not eat some of the food and corrected the error.
