mouldy biltong in vacuum sealed pack

Reported mouldy biltong in vacuum sealed pack, sent email with images and all product codes but no response. This was vile and disgusting ? these were in my mouth and I could of gotten really ill. I expect replacement and an apology at the least. Followed by reasons as to why the product is mouldy, after research I found out that other people at the same store had returned some earlier that month.
