Stay away!!!

<p>My girlfriend app**** to work abroad as an au pair in Belgium through this company. The host family unexpectedly decided to change the date of arrival which did not suit her as her paperwork would not be ready in time. As a result, the host family decided to unmatch with her. Her dad phoned the agency, asking whether she would be able to get a partial refund for all the costs she paid to the agency. They agreed to it without any problems. A week later when she contacted the agency to request the refund, she was told the money will not be refunded as it was her fault that the contract got terminated and that she should have been more flexible, although that was not possible. The agency blamed her for everything and refused to refund her any of the money, although they verbally agreed to do so. Absolutely disgusted with their unprofessional behaviour and would definitely recommend you look elsewhere.</p>
