Horrible Au Pair Agency

<p>Hi Everyone,</p> <p>I was returning to get home safely to give a full review of this agency. I am VERY disappointed in their service right through. I have contacted them privately and was brushed off.The hardest thing is being in another country and being alone.</p> <p>Trust me my review is VERY valuable because I Au Paired when I was 19 and had an amazing year staying a whole year( I used a different agency, contact me for their details trust me they are way BETTER!!!) I have also taught English in China so this was the third agency I used to go back and Au Pair in America and they are the WORST!!</p> <p>From the get go I feel I was over charged for the fees, then they also made a mistake on my visa application which was their fault and kind of blamed me for it but I took it and they were able to fix the documents. I got a family of two lovely amazing kids (love them so much) but the host parents omitted a few things about the host parents. I found myself not happy. Before you leave, Taking Abroad sends a sweet" we will always be there for you, if you need anything contact us" nonsense but when things get rough they really aren't there for you like my other agencies have been. I contacted them when I wanted to go in rematch and they didn't even hear me out and just told me to talk to the agency there (uhm hello you sent me here and I have already contacted the other agency but needed a fami**** person to talk to!! ).</p> <p>Then I had a really bad accident (picture attached) the second doctors appointment I wanted to go to no one wanted to take me, my eye was swollen I couldn't drive I even complained about my LC at Head office and my mom had to call for someone to eventually drive me to the Dr (pathetic! )</p> <p>Then I get a message some time later from Lichelle asking me how is the "Netherlands "
