No Integrity/NOT true to their word

We were a group of 4 that had booked for a Megatour Pub Crawl leaving Fourways, 26 August 2017. On Saturday morning we arrived early to find nobody at the spot. Tried numerous times to phone the company, eventually somebody phoned back (Tinashe) and explained that the bus had broken down on Friday evening and all other buses were out so the event had to be cancelled. He could apparently not get hold of me as there was no contact number to advise me the tour had been cancelled. How they could not get hold of me i do not understand as i had engaged numerous time telephonically with the company in the same week and have Sm's - so not sure how they did not have my contact number. he told me that we could either rebook or he would refund us. on Monday i phone Tinashe and explained we cannot rebook and a refund would be preferable to which he agreed. I had when i got to work on Monday found the email which they had sent on Friday evening advising of a broken bus. I provided all of my banking details on Monday, followed up with numerous calls to Tinashe which he is not answering or calling back, have called the office to enquire on my refund and they evade the questions as well. At the end of it all, i am R2 200 down due to no tour and no refund but the worst of it is the blatant disregard of good business behavior from Tinashe and his company. Do not deal with this company at all, no matter how good their websites and social media sites look. It is not the reality of how they operate.
