Takeband theft

I bought a mop on FB with Takeband.com for R135.87. The amount went off, then they took R104,00 the same day, and another R296.49 the same day. Nowhere does it state that you going to pay extra fees for some stupid subscription. They just take the money. I have not received any email or message as the when I will receive my mop. This is clearly a ****. I need them to refund my money taken in full, as this is false advertising and just robbing people of their money.
