***** - Bad Quality

Tried to return a damaged item. I wrote about 6 emails to them, they kept telling me that their quality control had checked the item before it was sent and there was nothing wrong with the item. I sent them a photo of the damage to the item and they blocked my email address so I can no longer email them. I have had to ask my bank to do a chargeback on my credit card.
