Take You There - **** Bus & *****

We booked a Mega Beer Tour with TakeYouThere and it was a total ****. They hardly answer their phones and now that we need a credit I'm sure they screen our calls. The tour was booked for the 14th of December and the bus got to us over 3 hours late. Of course having the managers number was not going to happen as they do not want people calling them to state how terrible the service / lack of service is. The driver took 3 hours to get to us claiming he was around the corner, fan belt snapped, got stopped by the cops, had to stop for beers, had to draw money to pay the cops. The excuses were endless. Finally the bus pitched up with no beers. We were then told that they will take us to 3 places in and around the area as the fan belt was giving them issues. On the way to the first place the bus broke down 3 times. The first brewery was not even informed that we were coming even though Tinashe called to advise that he has arranged a local tour for us. We had to pay for all our drinks at the first brewery and by then we just wanted to go to Black Horse Brewery for our very late lunch. As the bus was broken again, we had to call 2 Taxify vehicles for our 12 staff. When we got to Blackhorse brewery the staff didnt even know who we were or that we were going to be having lunch. After speaking to the manager she noted she knew Tinashe who kept sending groups to the brewery but then took 6 months, sometimes more to pay them. The only thing that was done right was to call a Taxi to fetch us from the Brewery, which was actually on time. Since this event we have been emailing, messaging and calling with no luck. They obviously are a **** company who give you good service up until you pay. Even the state of the bus was shocking and clearly neglected.
