No one to "take you there"

Disgusting service. I was part of a bachelor party that was expecting the bus to collect us from a remote location near the cradle of humankind and drive us around for the night. No bus showed up, no one answered the phones and at the moment, no one has even reached out to apologise for the non-existent service. I want my uber trips refunded for the evening.
