Very bad service!!!

They are very bad in managing people's properties, I moved in to a Property that is managed by this bad agency end of Jan 2025, I had to do the painting by myself as they kept saying they will paint till few days of me moving in but they re-imbursed me with that so we were fine.

Since I moved in I've been bathing with cold water with my kids because their gyser isn't working, they sent someone to come and fix it and it worked for one week and stopped working till now..

Bathroom tap once you open it , it pours water everywhere, I reported it as well and I was told that someone will come till today..

Bathroom door doesn't even close I also reported it and I was told that it will be fixed till today .

If you are a property owner and thinking of using Take Shape to manage your property you better think twice as their service is very bad!!!!!!!
