VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dealt with Matshediso accounts manager, that lady is super rude and unprofessional I had a water recovery query with the previous property manager before they took over the building. it took very long for this query to be sorted out. to cut the story short this lady has zero(00000) customer service she's running that department as if it's her ****a shop, with zero understanding of how to treat clients someone who pays for her livelihood.

This water recovery query was from December 2022 last year and only got sorted in July 2023 she was bullying me and doesn't take criticism very well she ordered my building manager to switch off my lights for 3 weeks mind you the only money which was outstanding was for the water recovery my rent is up to date. the next thing she doesn't even acknowledge my payment of the total balance my lights stayed off. I call the office after I was harassed by the building manager for payment that was already paid she then says to me it was a human error and I must just take her apology for not acknowledging my payment what kind of circus is this? Ooh she goes on to say I should've called her after making payment I guess she's the queen of TS property where clients need to send an email then give her royal highness a call. I spend 3 weeks without power and I'm supposed to take nonsense.

Matshediso you need to understand you are on the TS property management payroll that company is not your playground you are an employee. I called almost all her bosses well unfortunately haven't heard anything from them too.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this property management company. No respect for people who bring in the money.
