STAY AWAY FROM TAKESHAPE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!

This is probably the worst property management agency ever. My water will at 50 stiemens went from R113 to over R900 a month, I have been begging them to provide me with a statement showing my spending but they keep ignoring me. My water spending has been the same since, I have no washing machine so I don't understand why the water bill is suddenly so high.

They kept promising to send a person to check if there is any leakage but to date, the guy is not here. I have been begging for general flat maintenance since I moved in, they just give me numbers of maintenance people who do not respond on WhatsApp. TAKE SHAPE PROPERTY IS THE WORST OF THE WORST

If you are thinking of moving to 50 Stiemens street, don't!! You will regret it. These guys do not care about their tenants
