Poor maintenance

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of maintenance and repairs in our building. Despite reporting a leaking tap and broken shower door three weeks ago, nothing has been done to address these issues.

The delay and neglect of these problems are unacceptable, and I'm concerned about the impact on our living conditions and safety.

I urge the management to take immediate action to fix these issues and provide a timeline for completion. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the steps being taken to address these concerns.
