Bad customer service
Take Shape property management doesn't really care about their tenants.. One of their properties Urban Lofts had power outrageous on Friday 12May today is Monday and still no power we tried to call the flat manager "Freedom Dube" his response was he doesn't work on weekends.. how are we suppose to pay rent come month end when our meats have rotten and we've been bathing with cold water?
