Pathetic service and rougues

<p>Why do you have a website? To make it easier for people to buy.</p> <p>I made a online purchase ONCE and first your customer care can't pick it up then yourl take out the money from me twice . </p> <p> </p> <p>And 5am in the morning . </p> <p>Your customer care ladies are rude and have no respect . </p> <p>Your modern hair sales ladies don't know if they are coming or going. </p> <p>Still no one knows how of get back to me or advice me they are going to debit me when I did not AUTHORISE that payment the second time. </p> <p>Don't support these people. </p> <p>I am still waiting for my refund and my call back!?? </p> <p>****ed off!!! </p>
