PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Modern Hair Products has been promising since last week to pick up and repair myiron which is still under warranty. Their staff are *********** and tried to placate me with false promises and lies. their manager Sharafat is never available to sepak to me when I call and she never responds to my emails. Is it any wonder that she has such *********** staff under her, when sherself cannot live up to the good service Cloud Nine has previously given us.</p>
