Outrageous Client Service

What a horrible experience I have had so far with this company. Peeps I would advise you to never ever buy from them especially online. They never call back even if they say they will its endless transferring to and from departments its just seriously horrible. I ordered a product online two weeks ago and still nothing. I ordered it well in advance due to the fact that i will be on leave and i needed it for a birthday present which is now this Friday. It has been two weeks and still nothing at all.... now again I was promised that it will be here Thursday which is highly inconvenient for me. No on ever called me back or gave me feedback. I have spent well over 2 hours on the phone regarding this matter. This from a reputable supplier. **********.
