Cloud Nine beeping constantly & not working

My Cloud Nine has just stopped working & is beeping all the time & not heating up either? I do not wrap the cord around the iron, I make sure to follow all the instructions as per the users guide in the box. It's just over 12 months old & guess what, the warranty is 12 months! I'be been reading up on other people who've experienced the same issues/problem with their's as well? So this seems to be a fault with this product, will my Cloud Nine be repaired or replaced @ no cost? Let's wait , see what their customer service personal will have to say about this!
