CLOUD 9 HAIR IS PATHETIC!!!

I bought my cloud 9 in 2013. Later in 2013 my Cloud 9 made a buzzing sound and it sounded like it was going to explode. It was still under warranty so i sent it in for a repair. Three or four months down the line the exact same thing happened. Then again after six months. Thereafter, I was given an extended warranty (did not even get proof thereof). AGAIN, in April this year the same thing happened, I sent it back and when it came back a week later, the thing still did the same buzzing sound. I asked for a replacement, they said they would speak to the director but I have not received any feedback thereof, they do not even respond to any of my emails at all. My cloud 9 was fetched last week and they still did not contact me since then!!! If they cannot fix the problem then their electrical team is pathetic and I demand a brand new iron because I paid a lot for something that has given me so many issues!!!
