Unhappy customer

Gm to whom it may concern iam a regular customer of take an pay westcliff cause of URLS low prices an selected groceries url sell bt today was my worse day ever I go when the store opens cause dont like the rush an because of covid an I have underlying illnesses as well I went to your butchery an purchased some stuff an then went to the beef counter to see what I cud get for my value for money so I saw marinated steak at R89.99 kg an I asked for the amt of R60 when it was takin yo the scale it weighed at R92.99 kg so I queried the price with your so rude ******** butchery manager who screamed at me in front of his staff an customers sayin it was a human error which I didnt feel was appropriate to do cause the error was on their side had i not seen so many customers wud have paid 92.99 kg but saw not the counter R89.99 kg that's called misleading customers may it be 1c or R1000 the customer pays for wht they see cause I've been in retail Shoprite for 27 years an we never was so rude to our customers then the black lady that served me sm name start with a P said u worked in Shoprite this us not Shoprite this is take an pay in a very rude way attracting customers an said if u dnt want to buy it's okay an the manager screams above her voice go an do what you want an said we all make mistakes which i do understand bt their approach was so embarrassing it worked me up to my sugar level reaching 22 when i gt home an when i left home it was 11 bt nevertheless i stil continued to get what i wanted with a sulked an unhappy face so i came to the front of the store an complained to the supervisor who was very helpful an sympathetic towards me cause i am 60 + an this it not the first time i see that butchery manager be rude yes you can be there for your staff depending but his not for customers so I have my families an friends that shop there an have the same experience bt not many will complain cause it goes on deaf ears once we even complained abt the poor service at the butchery an like 5 customers complained abt standing in Q an he was rude there as well said they work under pressure when thers so many assistance behind the counter will sulked up faces jus make you think it's good that they serve us an even when we prepare it dont make us feel good thank God for your efficient an friendly front end staff that sends off with a smile thanks God Bless UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
