Take n pay golden glo competition

I entered a golden glo competition for dishwasher detergent. They said to make a video and post it on Facebook. I did as requested and followed the competition everyday to see if anyone else posted a video. No one did. They said 5 people would win a grocery voucher. I have called to complain and sent emails with no response. I should entitled to a voucher.
