Russel hobba iron

Good day trust you are well i walked into pick n pay dobsonville with the intention of buying an iron.Saw a russel hobbs one going for 389 and decided to go for it.On my way to the till something told me to open the box only to find out its a used iron.Found mechandisers and showed it to them and their response was go and buy from game annoyed i left it on the isle n looked for a supervisor her facial expression said im busy wat do you want before i could finish my story her answe was we are out of stock yet there were other russelhobbs models in store .Dissapointed by the service coz all i wanted was for them to tell me when they will have stock.On my way out i ask the lady at the parcel counter who works in that department a guy who was as Asap department quickly stood up and apologised and headed towards the aisle never been so dissapointed with pick n pay and i dont have an iron
