pick n pay

<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I went to pick n pay to purchase a few things , then it so happened that I lost my phone inside the shop .So toady I called pick n pay ( at the Pavillion ) to tell them and ask for assistance ,instead so yes a lady called me back from pick n pay to ask full details about me which I did give her and when I did she said she will give it to security and too check the footage out for me .Then a few minutes later she called me back to say that they see me with my phone I didnt leave my phone at the till point or pick n pay .</p> <p> </p> <p>My Question is how certain are they that the person they are seeing in that footage is me and im not even certain that they looked at the footage . Im really dissapointed with pick n pay atleast I expexted much more help from them because the person who has my phone is stocking me now and clearly says they found my phone at pick and pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
