Payment arror

In recent week i went to pick n pay to pay for my avon account a cashier didn't want to take the phone to punch in the correct acc numbers and i called them out and she didn't want to double check she punched in the correct numberes i called for her and ended up paying someone else's account with my money and i was over due on payment and the store manager didn't give me any update on what they did regarding this matter
